WE HOPE YOU LOVE EVERYTHING YOU ORDERED. IF YOU DON’T LOVE IT, YOU CAN SEND IT BACK. WE WILL GLADLY ACCEPT UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNALTERED OR UNUSED MERCHANDISE IN SELLABLE CONDITION WITHIN 14 DAYS. PLEASE SEE BELOW FOR GUIDELINES:

PLEASE NOTE, ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

• Return your unwanted item within 14 days of placing your order. The product should be returned in its original condition, with the original tag intact. All items will be reviewed individually upon return.
• Returns & Exchanges usually take 10 days to be received and processed. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you.
• Please note that we DO NOT offer a credit note for shipping charges, only the value of the goods when purchased.

DOMESTIC RETURNS

FOR UAE BASED CUSTOMERS, WE OFFER AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN.

• If you would like to change your item for a different size or return please Send us an E-mail with the order number and details.
• For exchanges, please allow 3-4 days for your new item to be shipped out, we’ll stay in touch with all tracking information.
• We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.
• For Cash on Delivery payments, refunds will be to a gift card valid for 6 months.
• If your purchase was a gift we offer an exchange or refund to a gift voucher, same applies to purchases made on gift cards.
• For Card Payments please allow 5-7days for the refund to show up on your statement.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

FOR OUR GLOBAL CUSTOMERS

• We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.
• Refunds on International orders will exclude all applicable shipping charges and any customs, duties, taxes or additional fees that may have applied to your order.
• We do not offer exchanges for International orders. Once you receive your refund you can place a new order.
  Customers will have to cover the return cost, we will send you a DHL return label and deduct the shipping charge from your total refund amount.
